By submitting the sign-up form on this page, you are requesting to join Macarthur Energy as your electricity retailer and expressing your interest in receiving the ESY Power Bank under our exclusive offer. This submission constitutes an agreement to be contacted by our team to finalise your energy plan and battery installation.

To be eligible for the ESY Power Bank offer, customers must:
• Sign up with Macarthur Energy as their electricity provider
• Remain an active customer for a minimum of five (5) years
• Participate in the Macarthur Energy Virtual Power Plant (VPP) program
• Have an existing solar system or agree to install one prior to battery installation

The ESY Power Bank is provided at a fixed price of $1,550 (incl. GST). This one-time cost includes:
• A fully installed 25 kWh battery system
• Full integration with our VPP network
• Access to our locally-managed energy plan
• Government rebates (if applicable)

There are no ongoing battery repayments. However, customers who exit the program early — by changing energy retailers or disconnecting from the VPP — will be required to pay an exit fee based on the following schedule:

Exit Fee Schedule:
• If you exit in the first year: $3,750
• If you exit in the second year: $3,000
• If you exit in the third year: $2,250
• If you exit in the fourth year: $1,500
• If you exit in the fifth year: $750
• No exit fee applies after five full years

If you move home during the 5-year term, the ESY Power Bank and agreement may be transferred to your new property, subject to approval by Macarthur Energy.
