By participating in the Macarthur Energy VPP Referral Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
• The Program is open exclusively to current Macarthur Energy customers who are part of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and have installed or are in the process of installing the ESY Power Bank.
• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously signed up with Macarthur Energy.

2. Referral Process
• To qualify for the referral reward, you must complete the referral form via the official link at the time of referral.
• The referred person (“referee”) must sign up with Macarthur Energy as their electricity provider and purchase and install the ESY Power Bank through Macarthur Solar.

3. Reward
• You will receive a $150 VISA gift card as a referral reward once the referee has:
• Signed up to Macarthur Energy,
• Had their ESY Power Bank installed,
• Remained an active Macarthur Energy customer for at least 30 days after installation.
• Only one gift card is issued per successful referral.

4. Exclusivity
• This offer is exclusive to the Macarthur Energy VPP Referral Program and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or referral offers.

5. Referral Limits
• There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. However, each referral must follow the correct process as outlined above to be eligible.

6. Fraud and Abuse
• Macarthur Energy reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the referral process.
• Referrals made to yourself, members of your household, or under false identities will not be eligible.

7. Changes and Termination
• Macarthur Energy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be reflected on the official referral landing page.
